Josh Roberts, Neuhoff Media’s Program Director of Springfield’s WFMB-FM and Decatur’s WDZQ-FM was named one of Radio Ink’s 2021 Top Country PDs – The Best Program Directors in Country Music. Program directors’ list of responsibilities is endless. Competition for listeners has never been greater and they need to produce the best content, find and teach local talent, and produce a product the sales team can sell.
