October 17, 2023, Central Illinois – Neuhoff Media is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming All In Donation Day for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois, set to take place on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Neuhoff Media will devote twelve hours of airtime from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on that day with the ambitious goal of raising $50,000 in support of this worthy cause.
This heartwarming event aims to provide much-needed assistance to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois, which has been a beacon of hope for countless families facing medical challenges. The generous donations collected throughout the day will go toward maintaining the houses in Springfield and Peoria, serving as essential “homes away from home” for the families who stay there during their most challenging times.
As part of the day’s efforts, two prominent Neuhoff Media morning shows will broadcast live from the Ronald McDonald House in Springfield, Illinois, from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. WSOY-AM’s popular “Byers & Co.” morning show and Sports Radio 1450’s “AM Springfield” morning show (WFMB-AM) will talk to families who have benefitted from staying at the Ronald McDonald House, sharing stories of resilience, and rallying support for this important cause.
The donations collected during All In Donation Day will not only help maintain these crucial houses but also make it possible to fulfill the organization’s wish list items for the upcoming holiday season.
