As the Radio industry emerges from a pandemic and moves forward, these women have been comrades in dark days of turmoil and now are ready to put our worlds back together again. In this edition of Radio Ink they share what lessons they have learned over the past two years.
These women are leading us back with vision, purpose, and optimism. No two are alike, and yet throughout their stories are woven some common themes – that radio is only one audio platform, and that getting ahead today means embracing all audio platforms. The key to growing the industry and its consumer base is diversity and inclusion.
