Stuff The Bus will return for its 21st year from November 27-December 2, 2023. Stuff The Bus brings the Bloomington-Normal community together for a week of collecting donations for BrightPoint, formerly Children’s Home & Aid, to help local families and children.
The following donation drops will accept donations from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.:
- Monday, November 27th: Walmart – Normal
- Tuesday, November 28th: Walmart – Bloomington
- Wednesday, November 29th: Kroger – College Ave
- Thursday, November 30th: Kroger – College Ave
- Friday, December 1st: Walmart – Bloomington
- Saturday, December 2nd: Walmart – Normal
- Saturday, December 2nd: Sam’s Club – Normal
Connect Transit will also accept donations at their main office during business hours.
Last year’s event collected over five and a half tons of donated diapers, clothing, formula and other childcare essentials. This record-high amount of donations filled two Connect Transit buses and had an estimated value over $75,000.
