Soccer Drill 1
Skill: Dribbling
Focus: Make sure your foot is locked, use the inside and outside of your foot.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- 5 to 6 cones, water bottles or markers
Challenge: Once you master with your right foot, switch to your left!

Soccer Drill 2
Skill: Dribbling Progression
Focus: Make sure your foot is locked, use the inside and outside of your foot.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- 5 to 6 cones, water bottles or markers
Challenge: Once you mastered inside, outside, inside, outside… add in the roll!

Soccer Drill 3
Skill: Passing & Receiving
Focus: Ball control, kick and stop with same foot and passing from one foot to the other.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- 2 Cones/Water Bottles
- Fence or Partner
Challenge: Hit it off the wall, Hit across, then hit it with opposite foot!

Soccer Drill 4
Skill: Ball Control & Dribbling
Focus: Ball control, keep ball close to you, use the inside and outside of your foot.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- 2 Cones/Water Bottles
Challenge: Use your weak foot only and go as fast as you can in a figure 8!

Soccer Drill 5
Skill: Ball Control - Out of the Air
Focus: Ball control, settle the ball and bring it down, then bring the ball back up to you.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- 2 Cones/Water Bottles
Challenge: Hit the ball up in the air, settle using your weak foot and dribble towards a cone!

Soccer Drill 6
Skill: Dribbling Using 6 Surfaces
Focus: Six Surfaces – Inside, Outside, Laces, Soul, Toe and Heel
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
Challenge: Switch from right to left foot and go as fast as you can!

Soccer Drill 7
Skill: Reaction Foot Work
Focus: Stay on your toes, quick feet and short steps.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- 2 Different Color Cones or Markers
- Partner/Coach/Parent
Challenge: Hop over the cone and hold your balance for a couple of second before you take off towards the ball!

Soccer Drill 8
Skill: Passing
Focus: Locked foot, pass using the inside of your foot and catching with inside!
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- Wall or Fence
Challenge: Now that you mastered passing with the inside of your foot, try catching the pass with the outside of your foot!

Skill: Passing Progression
Focus: Locked foot, pass using the inside and outside of your foot.
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
- Wall or Fence
Challenge: Play the ball, catch and pass it behind your standing leg!

Skill: Touch
Focus: Catching the ball with your chest, thigh and foot. Keep your head up!
Equipment Needed:
- Soccer Ball
